Try these tips to keep your balance and positive mind.

  1. Value yourself:

Treat yourself with kindness and respect, avoid self-criticism. Make time for your hobbies and five year planning. Read positive books/ listen YouTube Videos, Develop Positive mental attitude, plant a garden, learn or practice to become fluent in another language.

  1. Take care of your body:

Taking care of yourself physically can improve your mental health. Be sure to:

  • Eat nutritious foods
  • Avoid cigarettes
  • Drink plenty of water
  • Exercise, which helps decrease depression and anxiety and improve moods
  • Get enough sleep. Researchers believe that lack of sleep contributes to a high rate of depression.
  1. Surround yourself with good people:

People with strong family or social connections are generally healthier than those who lack a support network. Make plans with supportive family members and friends online, or seek out activities where you can collect new people online, such as a social media groups, Facebook friends list or your phone contacts.

  1. Collect Leads:

Volunteer your time to guide someone else to have solution for their problems. You’ll feel good about doing something tangible to help someone in need — and it’s a great way to meet new people in future and collect leads. Keep a detailed contact book for future meetings and follow up. Do online presentations if anyone interested to do something with you.

  1. Learn how to deal with stress:

Like it or not, stress is a part of life.
